What Do Moths and Native Plants Know about Sea Level Rise?

Don’t miss this rare evening walk on the banks of the Narrow River with Hope Leeson and  David Gregg from the Rhode Island Natural History Survey. They will lead a Plant and Insect Walk at the Narrow River Land Trust Garrison House Acres Preserve. Identify plants and insects while learning what moths and coastal plants can tell us about sea level rise. Don’t miss this extraordinary opportunity on the banks of the Narrow River!  Come prepared to get your feet wet and bring binoculars and bug spray. This is a family-friendly outing. Registration is not required and there is no fee.

Directions: 95 Middlebridge Road, Narragansett. Take Rt. 1 to Bridgetown Rd. Turn right onto Middlebridge Rd/Pettaquamscutt Rd and follow for 2.5 miles to Garrison House Acres Preserve.
