Join the Hopkinton Land Trust at Depot Square Park to learn about the beaver, nature’s best water engineer! Find out more about their unique adaptations, from specialized eyelids to web feet and have a chance to touch beaver fur and skull.
Meet at Depot Square Park and join the group on a walk over to the Land Trust Property where there are very active beavers. A naturalist from the Denison Pequotsepos Nature Center will present a program about the beavers.
The land trust’s Beaver Program is for all ages and children must be accompanied by an adult. Please wear boots or shoes that may get wet.
