WHAT IS A GONG BATH? A gong bath is a meditative state where you bathe in the healing vibrations of sound. The gong bath creates a sacred portal to self which heightens consciousness and resets your nervous system. It is excellent to help relieve anxiety, stress, anger, and trauma and brings harmony back to the mind, body, and spirit. This ancient healing technology can have a profound effect and requires nothing of you for it to work… just sit back, relax, and tune in to the healing power of sound.
