Annual Land Trust Days Hot Dog Roast at SKLT Sculpture Trail
September 16, 2018 @ 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Location: South Kingstown
The South Kingstown Land Trust invites you to their annual Land Trust Days Hot Dog Roast at the SKLT Sculpture Trail. One of the featured art installations, “Sir Loin Barbecue Bull,” will be fired up for the first time to grill hot dogs and vegetarian options. This year they’re serving a beloved Rhode Island tradition, Saugys, made in Cranston with natural ingredients for generations upon generations, and local Whaler’s beer. SKLT’s sculpture trail occupies about three upland acres of an otherwise wet and forested 22 acres of protected land. The easy-to-walk trail includes 23 art installations by local artists. The event celebrates the trail and artwork that has been recently refreshed, restored or replaced.
Event Price: $10 per person, $20 per family & free for first time SKLT members who enroll at the door. Includes 2 drink tickets (with I.D) for those 21 & over!
