All ages are welcome. Please be comfortable walking\/hiking 3 miles on both trails and asphalt surfaces. Bug spray and sunscreen are suggested, along with plenty of water if it is a hot day. There are no restrooms. Leashed dogs welcome. This will be a casual paced walk, stopping often for photo opportunities. The reservoir is home to several birds including great blue herons. Bald eagles have been spotted here on occasion.<\/p>\n<p>There is no fee or registration required for this event, however, the walk will depart at 9 am sharp. <strong>The walk will be canceled in the event of heavy rain or thunderstorm.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Questions?<\/strong> Contact Ernie Germani, East Providence Conservation Commission, 401-435-7703 x 11133, egermani@cityofeastprov.com<\/p>\n<p><strong>Directions:<\/strong> From Providence, 195 East to Massachusetts Exit 1 (Seekonk\/114A), left at end of exit, follow 114A North to State Line.
