Westerly Land Trust invites you to a monthly healthy hike at Dr. John Champlin Glacier Park. There\u2019s increasing evidence that spending time outdoors in nature and walking are both good for your physical and mental health. That\u2019s why more health care providers are \u2018prescribing\u2019 taking a walk in nature as part of their patients’ health care treatment plans. We call it ParkRx. You don\u2019t have to wait for your doctor to write a prescription. Join us for a ParkRx walk on the 1st Saturday of every month.<\/p>\n
This free guided walk begins at 10:00 am promptly from the Shore Road Trailhead. Walks will be cancelled for inclement weather. Children must be accompanied by an adult.<\/p>\n
