SUMMARY:Day After Thanksgiving Walk at Mercy Woods
DESCRIPTION:Location: Cumberland\nJoin the Cumberland Land Trust on the Friday following Thanksgiving for a guided walk in Mercy Woods! \nWalk off all that turkey & pumpkin pie as representatives of the Land Trust guide the group past wetlands and through the woods. Take in the view of Cumberland Reservoir from rocky ridges and enjoy the early 18th century agricultural setting\, complete with stone walls and rock piles! \nThe walk will be 2.5 miles over moderate terrain. This event is free and suitable for ages 6 and up. Be sure to dress for the weather & wear comfortable walking shoes. There are no restroom facilities on site. \nIn the event of inclement weather\, this walk at Mercy Woods may be canceled or rescheduled.
