DESCRIPTION:Location: Warren\nJoin The Warren Land Conservation Trust for a row on the Palmer River from Belcher’s Cove to Tom’s Island and back! \nCome see the River’s natural beauty and wildlife\, while also learning about Warren Land Conservation Trust’s properties and efforts to preserve\, protect\, and make them accessible for public enjoyment. All while learning to row a historic wooden boat! \nParticipants will learn to row a Pilot Gig or a Gunning Dory. Each boat will be guided by an experienced coxswain who will provide instruction to participating rowers. After a one mile row\, disembark on WLCT property Tom’s Island and view the shore of Haile Farm Preserve. \nThis event is suitable for adults 18+. Be sure to wear weather appropriate clothing and water shoes. A life vest will be provided for each rower.
