SUMMARY:Sunset Farm Trail Walk
DESCRIPTION:The Narragansett Land Conservancy Trust (NLCT) will sponsor a walk along the Sunset Farm Trail on Saturday\, September 20\, 2025\, as part of the Gansett Days celebration. Participants will meet in the parking area behind Kinney Bungalow. \nThe trail is wide\, showing the traditional farming uses onsite. The entire 1.5-mile loop is in the shape of a “lasso\,” and is generally flat with a few sections of elevation change\, but none are steep. The trail head is at the far northwest point of the parking lot\, next to the gate entering the farm area. The trails boasts scenic views of the farm\, diverse natural features\, as well as an overlook and picnic area on Champlin Cove in Point Judith Pond. Dogs are welcome but must be leashed.

This will lead you to the Bungalow. As you get closer to the entrance you will begin to see farm signs for vegetables. You will see the barn first\, then the farmhouse; two large stone pillars mark the entrance\, slow down to turn right into the farm. As you turn up the driveway\, you will find the parking area and see the Bungalow up ahead.
