SUMMARY:Full Moon Fitness Hike at Riverwood Preserve
DESCRIPTION:***Registration for this event is now at capacity!*** \nJoin hike leader\, Personal Trainer/ Medical Exercise Specialist\, and amazing cook\, Donna Anderson\, for a moon lit fitness hike at Riverwood Preserve. There will be two marked routes to choose from. One will be approximately 1 mile of flat terrain moving at ~ 2 + mph. The alternative route will pick up your heart rate and cover about 3 miles with hills at a faster pace. Bonfire and refreshments to follow. \nThis event is FREE for Westerly Land Trust members\, and $10 per person for non-members. \n**Register here: https://westerlylandtrust.org/event/full-moon-fitness-hike/** \nParking: Please park along the side of Old Hopkinton Road at the end of Boy Scout Drive.
