DESCRIPTION:Location: Foster\nJoin the Foster Land Trust for a guided hike at the Spencer property with local naturalist Martha Thoman! \nThis hike will wind through glacial moraine\, passing boulders covered with interesting foliose lichen. The first half of this hike out to Boulder Field is on an easy trail. Those not wanting to negotiate the more difficult\, rocky single track (the second half of the hike) can return by the wider main trail. \nTotal distance is approximately 2 miles. Wear good walking/hiking shoes and bring drinking water. Bug spray and sun screen are recommended.
