SUMMARY:Kick Off Celebration at Patricia Sprague Forest Preserve
DESCRIPTION:Location: Charlestown\nJoin the Charlestown Land Trust and the Rhode Island Land Trust Council for an evening walk at Patricia Sprague Forest Preserve to kick off Land Trust Days 2019! \nCome experience the natural beauty of this newly-open preserve along the Pawcatuck River\, with its vast meadow\, oak forests\, vernal pools\, and glaciated landscape. Make sure to bring your cameras! \nThe evening begins with light refreshments at 6pm. The walk starts at 6:30. We will be walking for about 1 hour at a moderate pace\, so be sure to wear comfortable walking shoes and bring bug spray. This event is FREE and suitable for all ages.
